To help meet the needs for goods and services for Centerville Estates, Centerville Meadows, area residents and those traveling through the area, Centerville Development Group, LLC proposes the Centerville Business District. This may take several years to fully develop.
It is management's intent to develop a commercial district to include the following:
A) A gas station/convenience store/car-wash with two or more nationally branded "fast-food" chains. This will NOT be a "truck stop". The fast-food chains may include, but are not limited to: a hamburger chain, a pizza chain, a fried chicken chain, and a subway sandwich chain.
B) A bar/restaurant. A good steak "roadhouse" restaurant with a bar is our goal.
C) An office building to provide necessary services. These may include, but are not limited to: insurance, banking, real estate office, cell phone branch, etc.
The goal of the commercial district is to have Centerville be a self-contained, self-sustained community as well as meeting the needs of those living near Centerville and those passing by Centerville.
