The Centerville Community Center
The Centerville Community Center will be the social hub of the Centerville Estates community.
The Centerville Community Center will be constructed of concrete block to serve as a "storm shelter" for Centerville Estates residents. Access to the Community Center will be via the same "SmartPass" card used to enter the Centerville community.
The community center will also host all Centerville Estates resident mail boxes.
The community center will host arcade games and vending machines for the entertainment and convenience of Centerville Estates residents.
Centerville Community Center will house a kitchenette, tables, and chairs for activities, cards, events, and so on. It could be used for meetings and church services.
The Centerville Community Center is centrally located. It is located adjacent to the children's play area, picnic and barbeque area, and the sledding and skating area. It may even be used as a warming house in the winter months.
When available the Centerville Community Center may be reserved by residents for private partys and events.
The use of the Centerville Community Center is limited to the residents of Centerville Estates and its use is included in the "lot lease" fee.
