Centerville Estates will be a community for mature adults and their families, and mature individuals. It will consist of 218 leased lot manufactured home sites. You will own your home and lease your lot. There will be 45 single-wide home lots and 173 double wide home lots. All double wide lots will have 100' street widths. Centerville Estates will look and feel like a standard residential subdivision versus a mobile home park. All lots will accommodate a double wide garage. All homes will be supplied by us through our represented manufacturer. Centerville Estates is intended for those who are working in the oil fields, are separated from their families and would like to re-locate their spouses and/or families to the area. All occupants 18 years old and over must pass a Criminal Background check and abide by the "Centerville Estates Rules and Regulations" at all times. This is a "Gated Community" and will feature "SmartPass" arm gates for the safety of the residents and their families.
As with any home, homeowners will be responsible for their own sewer and water bill, electricity and/or gas, rubbish removal, lawn mowing, sidewalk and driveway snow shoveling, telephone, TV, household goods insurance, etc.
There will be metered, gated semi truck parking available in the Centerville Business Plaza parking lot. Rigs with a combined length greater than 35' are prohibited from street parking within the development.
Centerville Estates residents with school aged children have the option of enrolling their children in the esteemed Stanley School District which they are part of, or they may choose to "open enroll" their children in the fine Tioga School District.
Sorry, RV's, campers, pick-up topper's, etc will NOT be permitted in Centerville Estates!! Short term RV parking will be allowed in the Commercial "Truck Parking Area".
