The yellow and red lots are residential lots. The orange lots are commercial lots.
Please note the fence separating the residential an commercial areas. There will be a gate in the fence allowing pedestrian traffic from the residential area to the commercial area. Passage thru this gate will require the same "SmartPass" as residents use at the entry gates. The entry gates will be located at the intersections of "American Way" and 94th Ave NW and at "Independence Street" and 94th Ave NW.
There will be ample street lighting and security cameras placed throughout the development.
There is ample truck parking available in the commercial area. There will be metered truck parking available west of "Truckers Drive" and north of "Centerville Drive" for overnight or extended parking.
Lots are spacious. Sectional (Double-wide home) lots will be 100' wide with room for a double garage.
